Dannika is a Master’s level trained therapist (MSW, RSW) who has worked in a variety of mental health settings for over 15 years.

Her work has included community mental health, school-board, inpatient and outpatient hospital settings and private practice.

Dannika has created and delivered trainings to community, school-board, parent and youth populations in her work and has enjoyed applying the latest research and evidence-based practices in her work with clients.

Bhupinder is a Master’s level trained therapist (MSW, RSW) who has worked in a variety of mental health and child development settings for over 20 years.

Her work has included community mental health settings and private practice, as well as supervision and management positions within her other roles outside of Mindful Footsteps.
